Barry D. Wenger.
On Aug. 31, 2015, the New York State Police at Endwell, N.Y. arrested Barry D. Wenger, age 41, of 3 Delaware Ave., Apt. 307, Endwell, N.Y. for Burglary 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree.
According to police, Barry D. Wenger entered a residence in the Town of Union, Broome County on Aug. 31, 2015 and assaulted the occupant causing injury.
On Aug. 31, 2015, Barry D. Wenger was arraigned before Town of Johnson City Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
Investigation into this incident is continuing.
