The Tioga County Department of Public Works recently announced that Ellis Creek Road between Oak Hill Road and Prospect Hill Road in the Town of Barton would be closed on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 to replace the culvert damaged by recent flooding.
The detour will be Oak Hill Road and Crandall Road.
