Martin H. Stuve, age 26 of 677 Spencer Rd., Apt. #1 in Candor, N.Y., was arrested for two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies, on Aug. 24, 2015.
On Aug. 24, 2015 at 7 p.m., the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Martin H. Stuve, age 26 of 677 Spencer Rd., Apt. #1 in Candor, N.Y. for two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies.
The charges were derived from an investigation conducted by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office concerning illegal narcotics sales within Tioga County.
Martin H. Stuve was taken into custody in Candor, N.Y. following a grand jury indictment, which was presented by Tioga County District Attorney Kirk Martin.
Martin H. Stuve has other pending charges for possessing narcotics at the time of arrest.
Martin H. Stuve was taken to the Tioga County Jail and is waiting an appearance in the Tioga County Court before Judge Gerald Keene.
