On Aug. 12, 2015, the New York State Police at Binghamton arrested two individuals for a Home Invasion Burglary, which occurred on Sept. 1, 2010 at 124 Walters Rd. in the Town of Barker, Broome County, where a 50-year old female resident was assaulted and suffered severe injuries.
Dustin D. Buckley, age 26 of 83 S. Washington St. in Binghamton N.Y. was arrested and charged with Burglary 1st degree, a class B Felony.
Timothy L. Ellis, age 25 of 324 Conklin Ave., Apt. 2 in Binghamton N.Y. was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder 2nd degree, a class A-II Felony and Burglary 1st degree, a class B Felony.
Both subjects were arraigned in the Town of Barker Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
The arrests are the result of a five year investigation conducted by the New York State Police at Binghamton with the assistance of the New York State Police – Special Investigations Unit, Broome County District Attorney’s Office, Broome County Sheriff’s Department, City of Binghamton Police Department and the New York State Department of Corrections.
