The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office investigated an alleged larceny of cash from a local U-Pick berry stand on Payne Marsh Road in the Town of Richford, N.Y. on July 26, 2015.
After sharing photos and video footage of the suspect from cameras surrounding the property, two arrests were made.
Arrested were Jessie J. Miller, age 47 of 2390 Church Lane, Marathon, N.Y. and Tiffany I. Goff, age 31, of 1837 US Highway 11, Lot 36, Marathon, N.Y.
Jessie Miller was arrested on July 30, 2015 at 7:27 p.m. for two counts of Petit Larceny. The defendant was arraigned by Justice Peggy Anderson of the Town of Richford Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $500 bail or $1,000 bond.

Jessie Miller is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Richford Court in front of Justice Anderson on Aug. 17, 2015.
Tiffany I. Goff was also arrested on July 30, 2015 at 9:35 p.m. for Petit Larceny. The defendant was arraigned by Justice Peggy Anderson of the Town of Richford Court and was released on her own recognizance.
Tiffany Goff is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Richford Court in front of Justice Anderson on Aug. 17, 2015.
