Fredrick J. Brown III.
On July 22, 2015, New York State Police at Owego arrested Fredrick J. Brown III, 33, of Apalachin, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of Petit Larceny.
This arrest, according to police, occurred after a Trooper investigated a reported missing wallet from a customer at the Dunkin’ Donuts store on State Route 434 in the Town of Owego.
An investigation determined that Brown had allegedly stolen the wallet from the store register counter when a prior customer accidentally left it behind.
Brown was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Owego court on Aug. 13, 2015.
