Master of Ceremonies, Christina, opened up the recent Little Miss and Mister Contest held recently in Candor, N.Y. by thanking the Candor American Legion. Christina accompanied by first time judge Morgan Dowches, led kids and parents through songs from the famous Chicken Dance and on through the popular song from Disney’s Frozen, “Let It Go”.
Awarded at the contest were the 2015 Little Miss Candor, Karli Rennels; 1st Runner up, Mia Ginzery; 2nd runner up, Hannah Finch; the 2015 Little Mister Candor, CJ McFall; and 1st runner up Jace Andrews.
CJ McFall is the son of Heather and Christopher McFall; Jace Andrews is the son of Luke and Maria Andrews; Karli Renells is the daughter of Danielle Newman and Mia Ginzery, and Jennifer and Steve Ginzery; Hannah Finch is the daughter of Ariel Casey.
Next year the organizers are looking at adding the age group of seven to ten. They will send out more details once further information is available.
