On June 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Jeff Howell and The Cats will be returning to Owego, N.Y. to perform live at Owego’s Parkview Hotel and Restaurant on Front Street for their annual Strawberry Festival ‘Bike Night Bash’.

The Ithaca based band, with members Jeff Howell, former bass guitarist of Foghat, The Outlaws, Savoy Brown and others; Dan Stillwell, lead guitar/vocals, and no stranger to top bands in the Ithaca area and always sought after; and Adrian McCloskey, accomplished drummer hailing from the New York City area will take the stage for this free performance as part of the Owego Parkview’s weekly Bike Night event.

Their newest member, Adrian McCloskey, has been involved in various projects and genres of music, with extensive touring experience.

The Cats really put on a show. They have rocked to enthusiastic crowds throughout the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier of New York and the Twin Tiers of Pennsylvania.

In addition to current hits, The Cats play lively, funky, danceable music. This band ROCKS!

The Cats will be performing for Bike Night on June 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This is a free show for the community with raffles and t-shirt sales helping to fund the cost of the entertainment.

Also on June 17, the owners of the Parkview are adding a charitable component. Anyone who brings pet supplies (food, cat litter, etc.) to the staff tent (set up near the stage) will receive $3 off the cost of a Bike Night t-shirt of their choice. The donations will benefit Stray Haven’s Humane Society in Waverly, N.Y. Each week the Parkview will be selecting a different organization to benefit, so stay tuned.

On Wednesday, June 10, The KiiL, comprised of three Binghamton Rockers who have combined forces to create a local Power Trio, entertained a large crowd that arrived for Bike Night at the Parkview.
