Oscar arrived as a stray on Oct. 10, 2014. He is nine months old, neutered, and up to date on shots. He is incredibly friendly, and there is no adoption fee, only a $40 neuter fee.
Visit Oscar at Stray Haven, 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
