The ladies of the Fiber Arts Group at the Coburn Library have been busy. The group recently donated over 50 premie and baby hats to Wilson Hospital.
The hats fit babies of all ages, from tiny premies to full term babies. Some were knitted; others were crocheted or sewn.
Members of the group who donated hats include Rose Cornelius, Caroline Beckenhaupt, Linda Jones, Suz McManus, Jutta Holden, Sharon Souto and Cindy Goodrich.
The group meets every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Coburn Library in Owego. If you enjoy fiber arts or have an interest in learning about knitting, crochet, quilting, spinning or sewing, feel free to join in the craftiness.
