The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the Graduating Class of Leadership Tioga 2015. Commencement Ceremonies were held Tuesday, May 6, at Pheasant Hill Country Club.
Leadership Tioga is in its 16th year of operation and over 250 people have completed the program. Students take part in an eight-month program designed to educate, inform and empower leaders.
Leadership Tioga enlists people who live or work in Tioga County and are interested in developing their leadership skills and knowledge of local issues, as well as pursuing leadership roles in their community.
Graduating in the 2015 Leadership Class are Shelby Beach, Tioga County Treasurer’s Office; Adam Bessey, Tioga County Sheriff’s Department; Amy Foster, Tioga State Bank; Dan Gelatt, Waverly Police Department; Heath Georgia, Owego Apalachin School District; Lisa Grant, Tioga County Chamber of Commerce; Rebecca Kaufman, Tioga County Health Department; Lori Kupiec, NBT Bank; Kevin Lentz, Tioga County Historical Society; Rebecca Maffei, Tioga County Tourism; Lauran Murphy, Tioga County Department of Social Services; Jenna Rosenberg, Visions Federal Credit Union; and Nicolas Ruiz, Owego and Harford Railway.
