The New York State Police at Endwell arrested Derrick J. Smith, 25, of Endicott, N.Y. for the class B felony of Robbery 1st. A joint investigation determined that on April 28, 2015, he committed the armed robbery of the Express Mart at 1015 Union Center Highway in the Village of Endicott.
