A presentation on substance use and abuse will give older adults and their caregivers the tools needed to recognize and address problem behaviors, especially relating to prescription drugs and alcohol.

A representative from the Tioga County Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse will be at Tioga Opportunities, Inc.’s Countryside Community Center (9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego) on Wednesday, May 20 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. to present this important information.
