The Tioga Arts Council invites the community to help them celebrate the creative talents of area art students. The exhibition, entitled Raise the Roof, will include works by students from Newark Valley High School and Owego Free Academy, and will be on display at The Tioga Arts Council from May 1 through May 27. A reception will be held on Friday, May 1, from 5 to 9 p.m. as part of Owego’s 1st Friday ArtWalk.
The Tioga Arts Council is located at 179 Front Street in Owego, N.Y. and is open Mondays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
