Owego Kiwanis, in conjunction with OFA and Candor Key Clubs, is pleased to announce a fundraiser for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation for childhood cancer. Kiwanian and Pennysaver contributing writer Rick Stilson will be having his head shaved on May 7 during a special meeting of Kiwanis at noon at the Owego Parkview.
