All are invited to held A New Hope Center empower victims and engage communities. A New Hope Center will be hosting their annual Crime Victim’s Rights Week Walk on April 19 at 1 p.m.
The walk will begin at A New Hope Center, 20 Church St. in Owego, N.Y. and be followed by a Penny Social with refreshments. Participation in the walk is free and all walk participants will have a chance to win free tickets for the Penny Social.
