PFC Tyler S. Hills.

PFC Tyler S. Hills recently graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C.

During his training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches and field training exercises. He was also a member of the Super Squad.

PFC Hills is continuing AIT training at Fort Eustis, Virginia.

Tyler is the son of Brian and Debora Hills of Tioga Center, New York.

He graduated from Tioga Central High School, Tioga, New York and he is also a graduate of Finger Lakes Community College, Canandaigua, New York.
