Dear Editor,
I would like to thank all Village of Owego voters who turned out to vote in the village elections held March 18, and participate in the experiment in self-governing called democracy. I am looking forward to working with the three new board members.
My thanks also go to Trustee Ann Lockwood who has served the village in many capacities and hope that she will continue to work for the village in other ways.
