Happy Tails No Kill Animal Shelter will host their 1st annual Spring Craft and Vendor Fair on Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at South Waverly Borough Hall, 2523 Pennsylvania Ave. in S. Waverly, Pa.
In addition to a wide variety of crafters and vendors, there will be a 50-50 raffle and a Chinese Auction with the drawing held at 3:30 p.m. (you need not be present at the drawing to win)
Free goodie bags will be given away to the first 50 children who attend. Lunch will be available for purchase, and there is no charge for admission.
Fran Terpik, a Reiki practitioner from Owego whose practice is limited to animals, will be doing a “Reiki for pets” demonstration on the stage area at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. (Reiki is a Japanese hands-on form of healing). She also does dog grooming and kinesiology, which is muscle testing for various conditions.
The show is being sponsored by Happy Tails No Kill Animal Shelter, with proceeds benefiting the shelter.
