The Owego Police reported today the arrest of Megan R. Lozada, age 19 of Owego, N.Y. for Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.
According to police, Megan R. Lozada was arrested on a Warrant after an investigation, and her failure to appear in court on a Loitering Charge earlier this month.
Megan R. Lozada was arraigned by Justice Dave Boland and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
