The Village of Owego Mayor announced today that there will be a press conference held on Wednesday, March 11 at 11 a.m., in the Hubbard Auditorium, Ron Dougherty Office Building, 56 Main St., Owego to address what he alleges to be an illegal campaign mailing that used a village committee’s name in a survey regarding police coverage in the Village of Owego.
