Two arrested in connection to Owego McDonald's robberyIt was reported that on Saturday, March 7, 2015, the New York State Police arrested two men involved in a robbery that occurred on March 3 at the McDonald’s in Owego, N.Y.

Arrested on Saturday was Alan Rynat Jr., 32 of Owego and Robyn F. Kipp, 37, of Owego following a call to police at approximately 1:20 a.m. on March 3.

According to police, a male who was wearing a mask and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt forced employees into the freezer and then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Following an investigation, it was determined that the robbery was a conspiracy between a restaurant employee and the male suspect.

A search warrant was executed on their residence and vehicle, according to reports.

Alan Rynat Jr. and Robyn F. Kipp were arraigned before Owego Town Justice Patrick Hogan and remanded to the Tioga County Jail.
