Local ‘Antiques Roadshow’ to benefit the Food Bank of the Southern Tier

Antique Revival invites the public to their annual ‘Antiques Roadshow’ themed Charity Appraisal event on March 8 at Antique Revival, 26 Palmer Rd. N. in Big Flats, from 1 to 4 p.m. Organizers ask for a suggested donation of $5 per item and there is a limit of two items per person. All donations go directly to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.

The Charity Appraisal event is a wonderful opportunity for individuals to bring in items of personal interest to be evaluated and discussed by a certified appraiser with decades in the business while helping out one of the area’s most impact charities. Many people never have the opportunity to have their items appraised due to the high cost and scarcity of appraisers in the area.

This event is a high point of the year. The public and staff alike enjoy seeing the variety of items, it is a great resource for collectors at all levels, and they are pleased to be able to partner with the community to donate resources to this great cause.

Refreshments will be provided.
