On Friday, Feb. 20 from 10 to 11 a.m., Christian Sezenias from Commonfund Mortgage Corp. will be at Tioga Opportunities, Inc.’s Countryside Community Center located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego to provide a history of reverse mortgages and explain the effectiveness of using a reverse mortgage as a financial planning and retirement tool. This is a free program, but registration is required.
