Dear Editor,
I’m quite confused with the letter to the editor sent by Mayor Millar and his support for the OFD/EMS services for the Village of Owego.
When the proposed 2014 OFD Operating Manual was presented to the village board [which if passed would have eliminated the Owego Fire Board and many of its dedicated members] to be voted on, why was it the Mayor voted yes to approve the new proposed manual?
Check the Village minutes and you decide if his support is rumor or not.
