Coughlin & Gerhart L.L.P is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Stapleton has officially been admitted to practice as of Jan. 22, 2015. Stapleton is in affiliation with the firm as an Associate member and has successfully passed her Bar exam to practice law in New York State.
She is a native of Syracuse, N.Y. and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Public Accounting at SUNY Oswego. She then went on to attend Albany Law School graduating Magna Cum Laude in May 2014.
During law school, she served as a Law Clerk in the Tax Clinic at the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York. Stapleton’s practice areas include Trusts, Estates and Real Estate. She is also a current member of both the New York State and Broome County Bar Associations.
