Dr. James and Toni Skiff of Owego, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Tessali Carolyne to James Wahls.
The future bridegroom is the son of Art and Carla Wahls of Batavia, N.Y. Jamie graduated in 2002 from Suny College of Environmental Science and Forestry and is a graduate student at Virginia Tech.
Tessali is a 2013 graduate of Suny College of Environmental Science and Forestry and is currently employed at Virgiana Tech.
The wedding is planned for May 23, 2015.
