Dave and Meg Radke of Apalachin announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Lynne to Blair Michael Kopfstein, son of Blair and Becky Kopfstein of Norwalk, Ohio.
Blair graduated from Norwalk High School and will graduate from Liberty University in Lynchburg, , in May with a B.S. in International Relations: Strategic Intelligence Studies, and will be commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army.
Rachel graduated from Ross Corners Christian Academy in Vestal and will graduate from Liberty University in May with a B.S. in Business Administration: Marketing.
A wedding in Vestal is planned for Aug. 15.
