On Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, Village of Owego Police arrested 26-year old Andrew W. Stillman of Summerville, S.C. as a result of a traffic stop on Front Street in Owego, N.Y.
Subsequent to the investigation Andrew W. Stillman was found to be in possession of two loaded handguns, a billy club and marijuana.
Andrew W. Stillman is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, a Class A Misdemeanor, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, a Misdemeanor.
Andrew W. Stillman was released to appear in Village of Owego Court after a recommendation from the 1st Assistant District Attorney.
