Low to moderate-income individuals and families are invited to participate in a Mobile Food Pantry Distribution sponsored by Tioga County Rural Ministry in partnership with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. The distribution will be held Wednesday, Dec. 17, from 10 to 11 a.m. at a new location, the Tioga County Fairgrounds Barn, 1 Main St., Owego.
