Tess is a 4-year old beagle mix who arrived as a stray this spring. She quickly gave birth to a litter of nine pups, all who have been adopted. Tess had to spend extra time at the shelter to nurse her babies, and is still patiently waiting for her home, six months later.
Tess is housetrained, great with kids, and most dogs and cats. She is a bit shy at first, but an overall sweet girl. There is no adoption fee for Tess, only a $90 spay fee applies.
Visit Tess at 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and on Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
