On Dec. 13, the Tioga County Open Door Mission and Elks Lodge will be holding their annual children’s Christmas Party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Elks Lodge located at 223 Front St., Owego, N.Y.
The party is open to the public, to help families in financial need this holiday season. The event includes food and refreshments, books, hats and mittens, and a gift for every child 12 and under that attends. Santa will be at the party too!
