The Tioga County Highway Superintendents’ Association is working with the Open Door Mission to collect toys. A box has been placed at Donoli’s in Apalachin for people to drop off donations. The toys should be unwrapped.
The deadline for the toy collection is Dec. 12 at 2 p.m., as the Open Door Mission will be picking up the gifts.
