Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Department of Aging would like to announce an upcoming Medicare Open Enrollment clinic. This event will be held Wednesday, Dec. 3 from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Berkshire Free Library located at 12519 Route 38 in Berkshire.
