Herbert Lafrance Moshier, age 90, passed away in his sleep on Nov. 16, 2014 in his home in Clovis of New Mexico surrounded by friends and family.
Formerly of Owego he was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Gladys Moshier, a nephew Paul Hunsinger and is survived by his wife Betty (Thick), two children Roy Mosier of Arizona, Ann Cooper of Nevada, six grandchildren, his sister Marjorie Hunsinger of Owego, and several nieces and nephews.
