Paul J. Sweeney, Esq., a partner in the Binghamton law firm of Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, was recently selected by Business & Legal Resources to edit its New York Employment Law Letter, a monthly publication that helps employers understand new laws, regulations and court cases.
Sweeney is the co-leader of Coughlin & Gerhart’s Labor & Employment Law Practice Group, which represents public and private sector employers throughout New York State. He serves on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and is the Treasurer of the Northern District of New York – Federal Court Bar Association. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and the Upstate Edition of New York Super Lawyers.
