Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Department of Aging would like to announce two upcoming Medicare Open Enrollment clinics. These events will be held Monday, Nov. 24 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Candor Free Library (2 Bank St., Candor) and Wednesday, Dec. 3 from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Berkshire Free Library (12519 Rt. 38, Berkshire). Appointments are required.
