Violet is Stray Haven’s longest canine resident, having arrived on March 19 as a stray. She has been adopted and returned twice, once for pulling too much on a leash, and once for having a heart murmur.
Violet is a gentle, docile, loving girl who has adjusted to leash walking. She should be tested with another dog prior to adoption. Violet is medium in size, about 4-years old, and a coonhound mix.
There are no adoption fees for Violet as she has been with us eight months too long already.
Visit Violet at Stray Haven located at 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
