On Wednesday, July 12, from 7-9 p.m. at Hickories Park in Owego, the Tioga Arts Council will present The Watts under the bandshell for this free event.
The Watts has been on the scene for over 15 years, having played throughout the area at many bars, festivals, weddings and benefits. The band is mainly a cover band that plays the best of the 70’s-80’s and 90’s rock, with a few originals sprinkled in.
The Watts will perform on Wednesday, July 12, at Hickories Park in Owego and as part of TAC’s Concerts in the Park series. Provided.
If you like the Rolling Stones, Talking Heads, Tom Petty, and Bob Dylan type of music, you will love The Watts. Their high-energy music gets you tapping your feet and wanting to dance.
Bring your lawn chairs and a picnic. Concerts in the Park are free and sponsored, in part, by the Town of Owego.
In the event of inclement weather, concerts will move to the Owego Elks Lodge, located at 223 Front St. in Owego.
