Last weekend a Freedom Chain Movement Rally took place at the Courthouse Square in Owego. Organizer Patty Miller started a group in Tioga County to inform, connect, and educate. The group was publicly opposing recent vaccine mandates. You can learn more at NY Freedom Chain 2021.
