The legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was honored in our country on Saturday night with vigils in front of courthouses across the entire nation, to include the Tioga County Courthouse in Owego.
The local vigil was organized by Owego for Equality and attended by over 40 people who gathered together to mourn her passing, share stories about her, and to hold a moment of silence.
