The State University of New York College at Cortland recently announced that Tanner Hotchkiss, a 2016 Owego Free Academy graduate, has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester.
Hotchkiss is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and is the son of Dana and Yvonne Hotchkiss of Nichols, N.Y.
