Tioga State Bank recently collected coats for Catholic Charities. Catholic Charities offers free clothing once every 30 days in their clothing boutique. Anyone in Tioga County is welcome to shop. Other items available that share the warmth are hats, mittens and scarves. Pictured with some of the donated coats is YES Coordinator, Diana Iuzzini, who works to help youth have a brighter future.
