Moosewood Collective member Nancy Lazarus will be at Riverow Bookshop in Owego on Dec. 9.
On Saturday, Dec. 9, from 1 to 3 p.m., Moosewood Collective member Nancy Lazarus will be at Riverow Bookshop in Owego with Moosewood’s latest book, The Moosewood Restaurant Table.
This, Moosewood’s fourteenth cookbook, contains 250 brand new recipes, and, says Lazarus, “I’ll bring samples for people to try.”
Moosewood Inc., a collectively owned restaurant with 19 members, has been in Ithaca for 45 years and is world-renowned for its delectable vegetarian fare. According to Bon Appétit, Moosewood’s “recipes are great – wholesome yet satisfying and interesting.”
