The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will host a rescheduled ribbon cutting event for Vibrant Lifestyles Wellness Center on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 11 a.m. at 64 North Ave. in Owego.
The date was originally set for Aug. 29.
All are welcome to attend this ribbon cutting event.
