Town of Owego’s public hearing for a local law allowing MEGA (Municipal Electric and Gas Alliance) to solicit bids for changing town residents’ electric supply source drew interest from the public Tuesday evening. The board will vote on the local law in the near future. (Contributed by Gerri Wiley)
