Ribbon cutting held at Kali’s Klubhouse

The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce recently held a Ribbon Cutting for Kali’s Klub House at Fargnoli Farms, located at 4041 Pennsylvania Avenue in Apalachin. Kali’s Klub House is a non-profit organization that serves people with special needs, at-risk youth, and veterans using both mounted and unmounted equine activities.
