The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Bill’s Restaurant, located at 53 South Depot St. in Owego, on Thursday, Oct. 27. All are welcome to attend the ribbon cutting at 11 a.m.
Hours of operations for Bill’s Restaurant are Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Bill’s is closed on Sunday and Monday, except for special events.
