Ancestry Discovery Day to take place in Owego

Ever wonder where your family came from and how you can start the search? Have you done research and hit a brick wall? What about DNA, and can you use it in your research?

The Owego Latter Day Saints Church located at 430 Montrose Turnpike is hosting an “Ancestry Discovery Day” on Saturday, April 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. All are invited to this free and informative session.

There will be mini classes, games, displays and exhibits, and activities for children. A box lunch will be available as a scout fundraiser for $5 each.
