Owego resident named to Dean’s List at Keuka College

Bri Cart, daughter of Maryanne VanBurger and a resident of Owego, N.Y. has been named to the Dean’s List at Keuka College in Keuka Park.

Cart is a junior majoring in Occupational Therapy.
